This year, IB has released 3717 vacancies. It is a Group-C, non-gazetted, non-ministerial job under the Central Government. Salary is also very good. The application form is open from 19 July 2025 to 10 August 2025.

IB ACIO Selection Process 2025
There are total 3 tiers in the selection:
Tier I – Objective Exam
- Total Questions: 100
- Total Marks: 100
- Subjects:

- GK – 20 Q
- Maths – 20 Q
- Reasoning – 20 Q
- English – 20 Q
- Marking: +1 for correct, −0.5 for wrong
- Time: 1 hour
Tier II – Descriptive Exam
- Total Marks: 50
- Time: 1 hour
- Parts:
- English Comprehension – 10 marks
- Essay Writing – 20 marks
- 2 Long Answers – 10 + 10 marks (topics: Current Affairs, Polity, Economy, Social Issues etc.)
Tier III – Interview
- Marks: 100
- Focus on attitude, personality, presence of mind
Final Merit = Tier I + Tier II + Tier III = 250 Marks
